How do I deal with my emotions?
Who is the best person to talk when:
- I am at Home? Why?
- I am at School? Why?
when I have a problem I will ask my friends to help me.
when I am angry my friend will stop me.
when I'm stressed i will calm my self.
when I deal with my emotions I will entertain my self or call my friend.
the best person to talk to is my best friend we understand each other and our emotions.
when I am at home some times I feel emotional I will ask my mom to help me to my problem.
when I'm in school some times me and my friend got in to an understanding I ask my teacher to help me.
